Job Introduction

Our people are central to everything we do, and we are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join our Management Referral team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment and takes pride in providing a high-quality service. You will play a key role in coordinating occupational health management referrals, supporting clinicians, liaising with customers, and ensuring the smooth administration of occupational health case management services.
Based in our Cheshire office, this is an wonderful opportunity for an administrative professional to drive customer excellence and maintain and develop relationships with our internal and key customer stakeholders within the Occupational Health space.
Essential Requirements:
- Be a confident user of Microsoft 365 suite and in using bespoke CRM systems.
- Experience with document auditing.
- Experience in a customer service-focused role.
- Can commute to Cheshire’s OH office daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Referral team.
- Process management referrals efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to occupational health referrals.
- Support Occupational Health clinicians with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Monitor referral progress and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with clients, managers, employees, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection requirements.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Management Referral service and team operations.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring clients receive a positive experience throughout their occupational health journey.
