CBT Therapist

Would you like to work from home whilst delivering mental health support to a range of corporate and private medical insurance clients and have the option of bonus pay?

We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified PWP looking to move away from the NHS, to explore new challenges with different clientele and join an established team providing a first-class mental health service.

Corporate Bonus Scheme:

Providing an opportunity for our CBTs to earn extra every month:
We recognise the importance of reward alongside a healthy work-life balance and so we offer an exclusive incentive structure designed to increase your monthly pay without having to work any extra hours for those that would like the option. There is no obligation to participate, and clinical & wellbeing is always our primary focus. All our CBT’s are eligible to achieve the bonus scheme, which is based on the number of completed clinical hours you deliver with your clients over the course of a month.

Through our incentive scheme, a therapist working full time can receive up to £850 extra in their next month’s pay.

Here’s what one of our CBTs have to say about the scheme.

“ My name is Amy, I'm a Senior CBT Therapist at Vita Health group. I think the incentive scheme is a great idea and unique to VHG. It's nice to see the business be able to additionally financially reward those clinicians who meet their targets, or even go above and beyond. There is no expectation to book extra sessions or work outside their hours which is great because it keeps therapists work/life balance at the heart of it. I have seen so many of my supervisees achieve bonus across the year and the positive impact it can have for them.
