Job Introduction

Vita Health Group has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Physiotherapist to join the team as a  Clinic Team Lead at our brand new Spire Chelmsford Clinic. This is the fourth of our new Spire Clinics initiative, looking to provide premium primary care services to local residents – benefitting from partnership with the local Spire Hartswood hospital to provide a seamless primary and secondary care pathway. Our ambition is to provide best in class care, with well established internal training pathways, and access to cutting edge technologies as used in elite settings such as focussed shockwave therapy, tecar therapy, force deck testing, digital dynamometry and diagnostic ultrasonography.

This position is well suited to a clinician who has experience supervising and developing others. You will be supported by the regional operations manager, and clinical leads to ensure strong clinical quality and commercial performance of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to ensuring the clinic provides best in class care and responds to the needs of the local community. The successful candidate will develop and strengthen relationships with existing referrers through attendance at relevant events and by encouraging the wider team to adopt a proactive networking approach.
