Clinical or Counselling Psychologist - CBT specialist (Remote)
The Role: What you will do?
Are you a Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or REB Therapist looking to work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist? We have an opportunity for you to diversify your career in mental health.
You will provide virtual based therapy & case management for referrals from our Corporate and Insurance customers. This includes triage to the appropriate level of the service and monitoring a case from beginning to end, to facilitate a patient to maintain or return to their maximum level of functioning.
You will offer 1:1 CBT interventions via secure telephone or video link, along with receive weekly supervision & training as part of your role as well as providing peer supervision to other colleagues within the team.

Your skills and background:
Essential:
- Doctoral Doctoral Clinical / Counselling Psychology qualification or equivalent.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
or
- Accreditation with the BABCP or BACP
- Experience of treating common mental health conditions
- Demonstrable experience of working in psychological therapy/mental health services
- Experience of acute MH/psychological assessment
- Experience of risk assessment and routine clinical outcome monitoring
- Experience of liaising with other professional groups
- Experience in establishing diagnosis and providing evidence based psychological therapies including CBT
Desirable:
- Other recognisable therapy qualifications i.e. EMDR etc
- Relevant specialist CPD qualification or post-qualification training in psychological therapy.
- Management training/ qualification
- Clinical supervision training
