Corporate MSK Physiotherapist

We are looking for a MSK Physiotherapist to join our London team. The successful candidate would be working at our London based on-site clinics, as part of our customer's Occupational Health teams. The role would involve assessing and treating a variety of MSK conditions in a work based environment.

We are looking for candidates who can offer a minimum of 22.5h over 3 weekdays. We offer full training and only require 1 year of MSK experience in the UK.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • BSc Physiotherapy
  • Minimum 1-year MSK experience in UK
  • HCPC and CSP Registration
  • Understanding of Occupational Health Physiotherapy
  • Demonstrable skills and knowledge in Subjective & Objective Assessment of MSK conditions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate – intermediate level minimum - using electronic patient management systems
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Ability to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationships
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.

Desirable:

  • MSc Physiotherapy
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Report Writing
  • Experience of delivering preventative/wellbeing services
  • Experience of delivering group classes, such as back classes, pilates and work hardening/FRP
  • Understanding of the principles of Ergonomic Risk Assessment
  • Further qualifications, training or CPD within the Occupational Health field
  • Familiarity and confidence assessing & coaching patients via video link
