Corporate MSK Service Lead

This is an excellent opportunity in a senior role spanning operations, financial accountability, people leadership, customer management and involvement in a range of projects including change management and business growth. 

As the Service Lead, you will ensure profitable, efficient and effective delivery of the Corporate MSK (Triage & Onsite) service to our customers under appropriate governance and quality procedures.   Possessing a mix of strong technical knowledge combined with sound business acumen and proven team management experience you will play a key role in the success and growth of the business.

This is a fixed-term role for at least 6 months but permanent opportunities may be available to successful candidates following the end of the maternity leave contract.

Your skills and background:

Essential:

  • Experience working within Senior management
  • Experience with Business Change
  • Have a good understanding of the UK Physiotherapy and Physical Health Market
  • Experience of Project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • Hold a a degree in Physiotherapy or other related degree
  • Hold a Charted Management Institute Qualification/Institute of Leadership and Management
