Customer Operations Executive

The Role: What you’ll do

Build and develop strong relationships within our existing customer organisations and ensure the smooth end to end journey for all customer queries and operational processes

Provide support to our customer base, undertaking administrative functions to support the customer experience and supporting the Account Management team to ensure they have information they require to manage their customer accounts. Initial point of contact for customers for daily case and operational queries.

Inform the Operations team of customer feedback, individual cases of query, complaints, system improvements and work with Operations to ensure that any required process adjustments that meet customer needs for the service are implemented

Your skills and background:

Essential:

  • GCSE English and Maths at C grade and above as well as an excellent knowledge of MS Word and good knowledge of Excel
  • At least 2 years’ experience within a customer service/support role that includes direct customer contact including administrative experience
  • Working in a team environment with strong organisational skills and effective telephone manner
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • Graduate level qualification within a business, social sciences or management sector
  • Basic finance knowledge
  • Experience of reading and understanding contracts
