The Role: What you’ll do

You will be integral in supporting the delivery of high quality and effective performance information/reporting to meet a range of demands from our stakeholders. Working within a small team of analysts.

Joining a team of data/MI analysts this role is responsible for contributing to the provision of robust and reliable management information to the business.

You will be part of a team who provides reports / dashboards to demonstrate trends for KPI tracking and reporting.

Your skills and background:

Essential:

• Competent in data analytics and MI production in a customer-centric business
• A good level of mathematical ability
• The ability to analyse, model and interpret data ideally in a healthcare setting.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines in line with business needs.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.

Desirable:

• Relevant experience within a healthcare setting
