Director of Transformation and Change Management
Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Transformation and Change Management to join the company in a key role that will deliver large scale, complex, multi-faceted programmes and contract mobilisations across a wide portfolio of physical and mental health services within Vita Health Group.
Reporting into the deputy CEO this a senior leadership role with responsibilities spanning service improvements, mobilisations, programme management, financial/budgetary management and team leadership. Your remit will be to support and translate our strategy and business plans into an overall portfolio of timed projects, implemented with associated governance and controls that drive quality and efficiency to meet the business needs.
You should possess a successful track record of working in similar roles, operating as a credible business leader and running a significant transformation team with dedicated project and change professionals.
This is a great chance to build on your experience and develop your career in a fast-paced fast-growing complex organisation. As a home-based role, you will enjoy working independently whilst maintaining close collegial relationships within your team and wider internal stakeholders. Travel will be required for face-to-face team meetings, mobilisations, go-live etc.
