High Intensity Therapist Calderdale or Remote

Vita Minds delivers a number of NHS funded IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services across the UK and as a result we can offer you the opportunity to work across Calderdale with fantastic development opportunities.

As a High Intensity Therapist you will provide a range of psychological therapies for depression and anxiety.  We are seeking individuals who are passionate about mental health and who want to work for an award-winning specialist healthcare company that is dedicated to improving services and seeking the best outcomes for our patients.

Essential Experience:

  • High Intensity IAPT Qualification (Post Graduate Diploma) 
  • BABCP accreditation 
  • Experience working with people with common mental health problems

Your skills and background:

Essential:

  • High Intensity IAPT Qualification (Post Graduate Diploma)
  • BABCP accreditation 
  • Be confident in using IT equipment
  • Experience working with people with common mental health problems
  • Awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion

Desirable:

  • Experience in working in Primary Care
  • Competent use of other IT packages eg PowerPoint, excel, access
  • A car driver
  • Other IAPT qualifications i.e. EMDR, Couples for Depression, MBCT 
  • IAPT Supervision Qualification
