Information Governance Senior Officer

Hello! We are Vita Health Group and have a great opportunity for a Information Governance Senior Officer to join our wider Governance team. What you will do in the role… 

During this 12 month secondment, you'll act as a senior non-clinical officer within the Governance department ensuring key activities are completed in relation to the Governance agenda, framework, and strategy. You will assist with the administration and compliance of the ISO 27001 and play a key part in supporting Governance Leads, Directors and the wider team to achieve their objectives with regards to the four key domains identified within the governance structure. These are:

  • Experience & Feedback
  • Information Governance
  • Safety & Risk
  • Quality & Compliance

Keen to learn more on the job? There is the possibility to engage in the rotational element of the role to gain experience in other domains.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • At least one year’s experience in a compliance role relevant to the four domains
  • Understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements within healthcare and why these are important
  • Use of Microsoft and other E-Systems including excel spreadsheets.
  • Use of record keeping systems
