The Role:

We have a newly created senior position as Market Director for MSK Services for our NHS Business unit.  This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and apply your skills and experience strategically with a successful healthcare organisation growing fast both organically and through acquisition.

Reporting to the NHS Managing Director this is a pivotal role with responsibilities spanning service delivery and development, stakeholder management and governance as well as providing direction and inspirational leadership to a number of high-performing clinical and operational teams.

You should possess a proven track record in senior management within the healthcare industry and thrive in the design, development and execution of complex strategic plans.  This experience should demonstrate significant knowledge of the workings of the NHS including CCGs, bid and tender management and strong relationship building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

As a member of the NHS Board you will be responsible for all NHS MSK services within Vita Health Group and for developing and leading our ambitious growth strategy across MSK Clinical Services and related markets.
