What you will do in the role…
A Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support delivery of the B2B budget. They work closely with marketing managers, business leads, and other departments to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You will conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs and competitor activities as well as collaborating with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels including digital, print and social media. In addition, you will manage online marketing efforts, including local engagement, email marketing and social media advertising. You will also support event coordination and budget and brand management.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to deliver engaging content and powerful messaging across all channels. You'll need to be proactive, a great communicator and full of ideas on how we can reach our business audiences across Corporate, SMB, SoHo and Public Sector.

The hybrid location for this role is London or our Spire Site.

Skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing planning and delivery. 
  • Experience of B2B and B2C Marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Ability to use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills with the ability to work co-operatively with both clinical and non-clinical staff to develop effective working relationship.
  • Proven track record of working calmly and effectively to tight deadlines, sometimes conflicting and sometimes under pressure.
  • Appropriate awareness of data protection and GDPR implications
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel to Spire Site/Head Office as this is a hybrid role
  • Understanding or experience in healthcare desirable but not critical.
  • Experience of working with Salesforce desirable.
  • Understanding of social media tool and scheduling systems
