NHS IAPT Step 3 Team Leader - Fixed term

The Role:

Lead, manage and supervise a team of High Intensity Therapists to deliver evidence-based services.

This role is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

 

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • IAPT recognised qualification
  • Knowledge of Evidence based interventions & IAPT National Standards
  • Confidence with outcome measures and their use for clinical and audit purposes.
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • HCPC registered
  • Experience of supervision and supervision qualification.
