As part of our comprehensive musculoskeletal pathway, you'll provide expert clinical assessment and treatment in primary care settings. Our FCPs within the MCATS team work in conjunction with a team of Physiotherapists and Rehab Therapists, supporting their training and development within the wider service.
Training and support will be provided in the form of in-service training, monthly group sessions and quarterly FCP/APP specific development training. All members of our team have regular meetings with their team leaders, focusing on Performance, Wellbeing and Personal Development.
FCPs will have the opportunity to apply for support and funding for post-graduate qualifications in injecting therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, and independent prescribing depending on service needs.
