NHS MSK Physiotherapist

The Role:

Vita Health Group are looking to recruit outstanding candidates to join our subsidiary clinic, Physiotherapy2Fit at our clinic in Sittingbourne, with the option for work in various other clinics across Medway, Swale and East Kent. This is a chance for either a recently graduated clinician who is looking for exposure to a varied caseload, or an experienced clinician looking to develop to join an established clinic with an outstanding local reputation. The successful candidate will be:

  • Delivering both face to face and remote appointments, providing variety in your day
  • Aiming to exceed service user expectations by delivering excellent outcomes alongside excellent customer service
  • Communicate and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrating team working and committed to excellence in clinical standards and customer service
  • Work towards clinical and operational key performance indicators to help the service continue to deliver high quality care
  • Work with a clinical team leader to identify areas for personal and service development and mutually agree plans to achieve these aims

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Commitment to delivering quality care and evidence-based practice
  • Experience working as a Physiotherapist in an MSK setting
  • Carry high quality MSK physiotherapy assessments in line with CSP core standards of practice
  • Maintain records in line with Vita Health Group and CSP standards
  • HCPC & CSP registration
  • Strong communication, IT, organisation & time management skills
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of working as a Physiotherapist in an NHS setting
  • Able to demonstrate practice that considers wider aspects of health and well-being (e.g. through CPD, or reflective practice)
  • Previous experience in a telehealth environment
