Network Duty Therapist
Job Introduction
The CBT Therapist (Network Duty) role is a developmental opportunity for experienced CBT therapists who wish to broaden their skills in clinical governance, quality assurance, service development, and leadership within a large affiliate network.
Individuals appointed to this role remain employed primarily as CBT Therapists and maintain their professional identity, accreditation requirements, and clinical competencies. The Network Duty function provides an opportunity to gain experience in wider service delivery and operational oversight while contributing to the quality and safety of care delivered across the network.
The role combines direct clinical practice with dedicated Network Duty responsibilities, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and evidence-based psychological therapies across a diverse therapist network.
