Network High Intensity CBT Therapist

At Vita Health Group our mission is “making people better”, and we are looking to recruit experienced high intensity therapists to achieve that mission on an affiliate basis.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of affiliate therapists delivering video-based and phone CBT to our clients. There is an option to deliver face-to-face therapy also. Our clinical and operational teams will support you every step of the way. The Role:

As a High Intensity CBT Therapist, you have a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible difference to people’s emotional health and wellbeing.

  • On behalf of Vita Health Group you will deliver cognitive behavioural therapy as the modality of treatment
  • Choose to work with adults, or adults and Children and Young People, if qualified in this area
  • Have the support of a wider team both clinical and operational
  • Work the hours that are convenient to you
  • Get paid for every session delivered
  • VHG will guarantee to pay you for every slot submitted, regardless if it is filled.
  • All DNA’s will also be paid at the full sessional rate.

The therapists we are looking for:

  • Recognised CBT Qualification – ideally Post Graduate Diploma in CBT 
  • BABCP Accredited Membership (or provisional) is essential, (unfortunately Individual/Student/Registered Membership cannot be accepted)
  • We ask for a minimum of 2 years postgraduate CBT experience, preferably with a variety of diverse client groups.
  • Knowledge of using the Stepped Care Model and use of assessment tools PHQ9 and GAD7 is essential

    • BABCP Accreditation Certificate or equivalent
    • Post graduate diploma in CBT
    • A copy of your CV
    • Enhanced DBS Certificate (Dated within 3 years or be part of the update service).
    • Professional Indemnity Insurance (Minimum of £1m per claim)
    • Public Liability Insurance ((Minimum of £1m per claim)
    • A picture of your remote working setup/video background
  • A member of the team will ensure that all the documents are checked and will be in contact with you to discuss your suitability and If successful we will then arrange sending you a contract with the terms and conditions.
  • Our Clinical and operational teams will support you every step of the way.
