Osteopath

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Osteopath to join our new and innovative NHS community MSK service in Croydon.  

As an Osteopath within the service, you will treat service users with a wide variety of MSK presentations including post-operative rehabilitation. Your day-to-day work will be varied including one to one and group-based treatment as well as remote work as and when required.  

You will be supported by a team lead and receive outstanding training opportunities both internally and externally to support your clinical development.  

We will consider applications from both recently graduated and senior clinicians; we have robust development pathways in place for all experience levels.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • Degree qualification in Sports Rehabilitation/Osteopathy
  • Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to use the ‘Graduate Sports Rehabilitator’ title or qualified osteopath registered with the GOsC
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an NHS setting 
  • CPD that includes psychologically informed intervention such as Health Coaching
