Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner West Essex or Remote

We are looking for talented Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to join our new IAPT team in West Essex!

We are also offering a sign on bonus for up to £3000, (subject to terms and conditions). Eligible applicants will be brand new to Vita Health Group and be within the West Essex area and able to provide face to face interventions as part of their role.

We want to support our employees to find the working arrangements that work best for them, so we look positively on different flexible working patterns, including part time arrangements and term time only patterns. We are offering the flexibility to work remotely and to work in our office in Latton Bush Centre, Harlow.

Vita Health Group provides evidence based talking therapies to all the people residing in Harlow, Epping and Uttlesford area ensuring all their mental health needs are fully met.

As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner you will join the service in providing a range of psychological therapies for depression and anxiety. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about mental health and who want to work for an award-winning specialist healthcare company that is dedicated to improving services and seeking the best outcomes for our patients.  You will work within a friendly, buoyant environment with an overall culture of energy, solution focus and the pursuit of excellence.

Your skills and background:

Essential:

  • Have completed PGCert in Low Intensity Interventions
  • Be confident in using IT equipment
  • An awareness and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • We welcome newly qualified practitioners

Desirable:

  • Experience of facilitating groups
  • Experience of Computerised CBT packages (Silvercloud)
  • Experience of using IAPTUS patient record system
