Rehabilitation Therapist

The successful candidate would join a our subsidiary clinic Physiotherapy2Fit, working as part of a team of Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Podiatrists and technicians to provide first-class, evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to service users referred through the NHS, private insurance or self-funding means. 

You'll be joining a clinic with an outstanding local reputation, working with colleagues who put the service user at the centre of everything they do. This is an excellent opportunity for both a recently qualified rehabilitation therapist to gain exposure to a varied caseload alongside senior colleagues, or an experienced clinician to develop their skills and assist with service development. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Sports Rehabilitation
  • Full graduate member of BASRaT and entitled to the use of the title Graduate Sports Rehabilitator
  • Experience of working individually and within a team
  • Proven experience of managing a caseload of patients and running rehabilitation classes
  • Ability to deliver soft tissue treatments, set goals, and design individualised and progressive rehabilitation programmes
  • Adept in time management and prioritisation
  • Sound musculoskeletal knowledge including assessment/treatment of common conditions of the spine, upper limb and lower limb. Awareness of post-operative protocols and precautions
  • Friendly and approachable with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to the needs of the client

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with Physiotherapists
  • Prior NHS experience
  • Experience with chronic pain patients
  • An up-to-date CPD portfolio
