Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted, consultative relationships within an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts.
- Ensure successful execution of contract renewals in line with commercial targets.
- Identify and support the delivery of growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Management of customer queries and requests for support, ensuring timely and informative response to address questions raised
- Apply strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to manage a varied and dynamic workload.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Communication and presentation skills with an ability to network and build / maintain strong business relations
- Commercial, highly numerate and the ability to analysis and interpret data
- Proven ability to understand and translate customer needs in order to aid exceptional service delivery
- Experience in a commercially focused customer relationship management role
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Additional Information:
- A hybrid role, predominately working from home with a requirement to work from an office based in Congleton, Cheshire on a regular basis
- Further travel required to meet an assigned portfolio of mid- to high-tier accounts
