We are looking for an array of Mental Health Professionals to work within our Corporate Psychological Therapy Service. Vita Health Group is an award-winning specialist within Corporate Mental Health, providing people with mental health support and treatment who have been referred through corporate organisations, occupational health teams, government bodies, the NHS, and insurance groups. We assist and work with both employers and employees with an occupational health and wellbeing focus which positively impacts absenteeism and presenteeism.

The Role:

  • Working as a mental health professional within Vita Health Group, you will provide high quality therapy to our corporate and insurance group clients, focussed on your specialisms and expertise
  • You will offer 1:1 interventions remotely via secure telephone or video link along with receive weekly supervision & training as part of your role
  • You will take have your own caseload of clients to support and will receive supervision and CPD to support best clinical outcomes for our clients, as well as to develop you further as a therapist

 

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates from a range of backgrounds with training in varying treatment modalities. You will be passionate in your field and want to support us on our mission to make people better. We are keen to expand our service and extend a welcome to a host of trained mental health professionals so we can guarantee the best clinical outcomes for our customers. If you are qualified as or qualified in any of the following and meet our essential criteria then please do apply:

  • Psychologist
  • Psychotherapist​
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP accredited or working towards, or BACP accredited)
  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Counselling for Depression (CFD)
  • Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)
  • Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT)
  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)
  • Person Centered Counselling
  • Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

 

Essential:

  • A Psychologist or Psychotherapist registered with HCPC/UKCP or a therapist accredited with the BABCP or a counsellor accredited with BACP or a qualified psychological wellbeing practitioner
  • Experience of dealing with a broad range of mental health disorders
  • Experience of risk assessment and routine clinical outcome monitoring
  • Confident communication skills to liaise with other professional groups and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office packages, databases and electronic record systems is required
  • You will be required to have a minimum of 5mb download internet speed at the home address
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
  • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

Desirable:

  • Have an awareness of occupational health: value being ensured to both occupational clients as well as to individuals
  • An awareness of working with private medical insurance
