Senior Learning Management System Administrator

 

The Role:

We have an exciting newly-created role to lead a small team running our company-wide Learning Management System (LMS).  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior LMS Administrator to make your mark in a growing healthcare business. 

With a passion for detail and a customer-focussed mindset you should enjoy collecting and presenting information, analysing data and getting the most out of the LMS to develop our learner journey and support the success of the business. 

Responsibilities will include day to day maintenance of the LMS, generating and interpreting reports and creation and monitoring of user accounts to help deliver an engaging and positive experience for all users.  You should possess good experience of working on all aspects of an LMS (we use Totara) and be confident in troubleshooting, partnering with IT as necessary and providing comprehensive support to all stakeholders.

 

This is a remote role with occasional on-site team meetings and has potential for flexible working over 4 or 5 days.
