Virtual Rehabilitation Therapist

The Role:

  • You will deliver virtual and telephonic rehabilitation assessment and treatment for a diverse range of pathologies.
  • Your clinical reasoning skills will facilitate appropriate treatment programmes and determine any onwards referral where necessary.
  • Working as part of a remote team, we will focus on Self-Management rates, Customer Satisfaction and Average Case Length.
  • Development opportunities/progression.

We have a diverse team of Rehabilitation Therapists and Physiotherapists, working from all corners of the United Kingdom, who provide invaluable assessment & treatment services to our customers. You will be supported by a dedicated administration & management team who will help you in providing excellent care for our service users. Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • A degree in Sports Rehabilitation
  • BASRaT membership
  • IT literate – intermediate level minimum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Ability to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to deescalate potential complaints

Desirable:

  • Occupational Health experience
  • Virtual rehabilitation treatment experience
