Wellbeing Navigator
As a Wellbeing Navigator you’ll provide a vital link between our mental health focused IAPT services and the wider Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. Managing a caseload of service users from across BNSSG you’ll work with a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs. Building on your strong knowledge and understanding of VCSE services across BNSSG you’ll guide service users into support services to help them feel more connected to their community and improve their wellbeing.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to improve mental health services and strengthen the links between NHS commissioned services and the VCSE sector.
Your role will support the wider VitaMinds team by redirecting appropriate referrals to a non-IAPT pathway, allowing the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to focus on those in need of more therapeutic interventions.
The role involves a 50/50 split of home working and working at one of our offices in Bristol (this may change in accordance with Covid government guidance). The role requires working at least 1 evening per week.
Interviews will take place 28th February - 2nd March.
