Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity here at Spire Workplace Health, part of the Spire Healthcare Group, for a proactive, organised and confident Administrator to join our operations team on a fixed-term contract.
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual with strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills to help deliver exceptional service to our clients across the UK.
What do we do?

Essential Requirements:
- Must have recent administrative/customer-service experience.
- Highly competent IT skills are essential.
- Confidence communicating in both a written and verbal manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating and maintaining diaries and appointments for clinical colleagues over phone and email.
- Managing the Health Surveillance schedules for clients.
- Engaging with clients and other external services to ensure effective service delivery.
- General admin including the uploading of clinical data onto our systems.
- Managing emails in our referrals inbox and responding appropriately.
