Cognitive Behavioural therapist

The Role:

We are looking to grow significantly with a talented team of local IAPT practitioners in West Essex (Harlow and Epping).

We are recruiting CBT Therapists to work within our IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service..

We provide high quality supervision, a friendly and supportive work environment with an overall culture of energy, solution focus and excellence in both service delivery and support to our team. We have a commitment to staff wellbeing enabled via wellbeing advocates, buddy systems, regular contact with peers and the leadership team and more.

Ahead of lockdown restrictions easing and face-to-face delivery recommencing, individuals who can work within the West Essex CCG footprint are sought as we expand the local workforce. An element of ongoing remote delivery is envisaged and can be accommodated to varying degrees based on personal circumstance.

We welcome newly qualified practitioners and are keen to speak to therapists who can help us make a real difference to the local community. 

Essential Experience:

  • High Intensity IAPT Qualification (Post Graduate Diploma)
  • BABCP accreditation 
  • Experience working with people with common mental health problems
