Cognitive Behavioural therapist Remote Or Bristol Based
The Role: What you’ll do
As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist you will work within our IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) based in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
As we are growing our local workforce we welcome applications from practitioners in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Area or practitioners from further away who wish to work remotely.
You will offer 1:1 High Intensity interventions via face-to-face appointments, secure telephone or video link, along with receive weekly supervision & training as part of your role as well as providing peer supervision to other colleagues within the team.

Your skills and background:
- Qualification from High Intensity IAPT Course (Post Graduate Diploma) or other Post Graduate CBT training course.
- BABCP accreditation or provisional BABCP accreditation
- Experience of providing high intensity interventions for common mental health problems
- Good IT skills – Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Patient record systems
- We welcome newly qualified practitioners
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
- Experience of facilitating groups
- Other IAPT qualifications i.e. EMDR, Couples for Depression, MBCT
- IAPT Supervision Qualification
