Deputy Data Protection Officer

The Role:

At Vita Health Group we have an exciting opportunity in a newly-created Deputy Data Protection Officer role. If you have previous experience of working in data protection and are looking to take the next step, this role in a small, friendly team may be perfect for you.

Your role will be to provide support to the Data Protection Officer with particular focus on matters relating to the Data Protection Act 2018 and (UK) GDPR. You will assist the DPO with compliance activities relating to regulatory and legislative requirements.  Maintenance of registers relating to processing activities, data risk management, and information governance will also be a requirement. You will provide assistance with carrying out, and supporting on, Data Protection Impact Assessments and other policies, procedures and systems that ensure the safe processing and control of data.
