GP Liaison Officer
Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a GP Liaison Officer who has experience of working in a similar role within healthcare and proven track record in the account management environment.
The GP Liaison officer role is primarily field based. It is a fast-paced, strategic role which requires a strong communicator with accountability for increasing and delivering targeted referrals. You'll do this by building strong links and effective stakeholder relationships across the referring healthcare community.
You will work with the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire Community– the ability to travel is a must.
The role will be supported by using analytics and data insight to ensure optimal use of time and resource for both new and existing referrers in order to develop your portfolio in line with the company commitments.
You'll liaise with, develop and maintain strong working relationships with community mental health and GP practice staff including medical staff and practices’ managers, administrators, and receptionists.
What you will bring with you:
- Experience of working in a similar role within healthcare
- Proven track record in account management
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- High quality communication methods, both virtually and face to face.
- A powerful desire to achieve targets.
- High IT literacy.
