High Intensity Therapist
We are looking to grow significantly with a talented team of local IAPT practitioners in West Essex (Harlow and Epping). We are recruiting CBT Therapists to work within our IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service. Full and part time positions are available and we offer a mixture of remote and office based working.
We provide high quality supervision, a friendly and supportive work environment with an overall culture of energy, solution focus and excellence in both service delivery and support to our team. We have a commitment to staff wellbeing enabled via wellbeing advocates, buddy systems, regular contact with peers and the leadership team and more.
We welcome newly qualified practitioners and are keen to speak to therapists who can help us make a real difference to the local community.

Your skills and background:
Essential:
- High Intensity IAPT Qualification (Post Graduate Diploma)
- BABCP accreditation
- Be confident in using IT equipment
- Experience working with people with common mental health problems
- Awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
Desirable:
- Experience in working in Primary Care
- Competent use of other IT packages eg PowerPoint, excel, access
- A car driver
- Other IAPT qualifications i.e. EMDR, Couples for Depression, MBCT
- IAPT Supervision Qualification
