Internal Communications and Content Co-ordinator
Job Introduction
We’re looking for an organised, proactive communicator to support the smooth running of our internal communication channels. If you enjoy helping others communicate clearly, keeping digital spaces tidy and intuitive, and improving everyday processes, this could be your ideal next step.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the day‑to‑day running of our communication channels and platforms
- Help maintain clear ,structured and accurate information across our digital spaces
- Assist with internal campaigns and manager communications through clear publishing processes
- Guide teams in using the right channels and following strong communication principles
- Review and share basic analytics to help improve how we reach and engage our people
- Create or edit simple, clear content and visuals when needed,
- Support managers from time to time drafting and checking internal communications
Formal internal communication experience isn’t essential, but strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication skills are. You’ll need to learn new concepts and systems quickly and apply them accurately and confidently. If you’re proactive, curious, and enjoy creating clarity and positive employee experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
