Marketing Executive

Job Introduction

Vita Health Group (VHG), part of the wider Spire Healthcare Group, is seeking a forward-thinking, ambitious, and proactive Marketing Executive to deliver high-quality, insight-led marketing activity across our VHG NHS Services. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing campaigns aligned to our business objectives. You’ll support key strategic projects and help drive increased referrals into the NHS services we provide. We’re looking for a creative collaborator who is confident managing multi‑channel campaigns and understands how strong, purposeful marketing content enhances the visibility and impact of our services.

This is a hybrid role, requiring travel to Spire Healthcare Head Office a minimum of twice per week.

 

Essential Requirements:

 


    • Experience delivering marketing activity (open to entry-level/junior level).
    • At least 2 years of marketing experience
    • Knowledge of/experience in social media & digital marketing planning and delivery.
    • Understanding of CMS systems such as WordPress.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar data-led systems.
    • Ability to commute to London Head Office twice a week.

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Execute the daytoday delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring activity is well planned, on time and aligned to agreed objectives.
  • Create engaging, accessible and inclusive content across a range of formats and channels, including social media, email, websites, landing pages, blogs and campaign materials.
  • Take ownership of assigned marketing channels and NHS campaigns and support NHS digital advertising activity, from concept through to reporting.
  • Manage and update website content (WordPress), supporting ongoing optimisation and user experience improvements.
  • Use data, insight, AI and feedback to shape creative decisions, refining messaging and formats based on audience signals and performance.
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance, audience behaviour, trends and competitor activity.
  • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS ICBs, partners and local outreach teams, to ensure messaging is aligned and effective.

 

About You:

 

  • Organised, creative and forward-thinking project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong collaborator who works seamlessly across teams to ensure consistent messaging, tone and approach. 
  • Sharp attention to detail with clear, tactful written and verbal communication.
