Business Development Manager

Job Introduction

Do you have at least 2 years experience in Business Development with Corporate Clients?  If you do this could be a great opportunity for you to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a Business Development Manager within our Corporate Services, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and expansion of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Preventative Health Services Mental Health.
 Your role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with businesses to enhance their employee well-being and foster a healthier, more productive work environment. The role is to Identify, evaluate, and target potential corporate clients to expand the reach of our EAP and Preventative 
Health Services Mental Health. To develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets and increase service adoption.
 You will have strong Client Relationship Management skills that are able to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate organisations. You will be able to understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their corporate goals and employee well-being initiatives. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to move our business forward.
