HR Advisor
We have an excellent opportunity to build on your HR experience and join a friendly established team providing a first-class HR service in a busy environment.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across the company you should be keen to apply your employment law knowledge and be confident in providing sound HR advice on the full range of employee relations issues.
The role combines generalist HR activities with a range of tasks supporting the business including providing policy advice and updating documents, creation and distribution of reports and involvement in group-wide projects.

Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous HR experience in a fast-paced organisation
- Experience of Employee Relations case management and formal processes including disciplinaries, grievances, capabilities, sickness management
- Experience on advising managers on a broad range of HR topics
- Experience of using HR systems/ databases
- A good understanding of employment law and its application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence and ability to work with managers across all levels of the business
- A strong working knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Desirable:
- CIPD Qualification or a desire to work towards
- HR experience within the healthcare sector
